How do I connect my Webflow site?

Go to your Dashboard, click 'Add Site', and follow the OAuth flow to authorize Smolpix. You'll need to grant permissions for sites:read, sites:write, cms:read, and cms:write.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP as input formats. Output formats include WebP (97%+ browser support) and AVIF (90%+ browser support) for maximum compression.

Will optimization affect my image quality?

Our smart compression maintains 99.8% visual quality. We analyze each image type (photo, graphic, screenshot) and apply optimal settings. You can also choose quality presets: Lossless, Balanced, or Aggressive.

How long does optimization take?

Our batch processing handles up to 847 images per minute. Most sites complete within seconds. Large collections with thousands of images may take a few minutes.

Can I undo an optimization?

Webflow maintains version history for CMS items. If needed, you can restore previous versions through Webflow's editor. We recommend testing on a staging site first.

What's the difference between WebP and AVIF?

WebP offers 25-35% size reduction with 97%+ browser support. AVIF offers up to 50% reduction but with 90%+ browser support. Use 'Auto' format to let us choose the best option based on browser compatibility.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Plan and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime and continue using the service until the end of your billing period.

Is there an API available?

Yes! Pro and Agency plans include API access. Create API keys in Dashboard > API, then use our REST API to optimize images programmatically. See our API documentation for details.
